WHY GRASS FED?
Animals raised on native forage grow slower naturally. The nutrient rich grasses produce beef that is tender, flavorful, and high in omega 3 fatty acids, beta carotene and CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). Grass fed beef helps reduce teh risk of heart disease and is much lower in saturated fat and cholesterol.
In our practices of sustainable rescource management, combined with holistic land management, we use tools like rotational grazing (moving cattle to new grass every few days seasonally), soil conservation, and preserving natural migratory patterns for local animals.
